We believe that the foundation of our church must be rooted in the spiritual development of our children and their gifts, through guidance and instruction in the Word. Each Sunday prior to the sermon, our children are dismissed into the care of our gifted and caring teachers. During this time, they work together to equip and teach the children about God and his son Jesus through Bible stories, songs, and crafts.
Our main focus for making disciples among our children is our Sunday evening program. Using the Kings Castle curriculum, we spend from 5:30-7pm every week teaching our kids in two main age groups. 4-8 year olds participate in "Happy Castle," which is a missions focused program taylored just for them. Its fun, while also being an effective learning time, revolving around praying and supporting missionaries.
For the older kids (age 9-12), we immerse them in the full Kings Castle program. Over the course of the year(s) attending, they learn how to read and study God's word, pray for themselves and others, as well as have an active part in church ministry. This is by far the most effective children's curriculum in North America, and it has been exciting watching our kids grow and develop in Jesus!
