We are a Welcoming, Friendly People
We want you to feel welcomed and that our Church is a great place for you and your family to be. Our ushers and greeters meet people at door every Sunday to ensure that people receive the bulletin and become aware of the various activites of our Church through the week. The many activities and ministries of the week target all groups and provide friendship and spiritual growth opportunities. We are a friendly group of people so do not be surprised if other people greet you as well.
We are Family Oriented
Our worship services, as well as our weekly activities, recognize that church life should be a family affair. We have nursery services, Sunday school for those a little older and youth group for those a little older than that so that everyone has worship and learning opportunities appropriate to their age for the Sunday services. Together we see ourselves as a large family of God. Click on the “Ministries” tab at the top for more detail on the various weekly activities.
Our Sunday Services
Our morning service begins at 10:30 AM. There is an opportunity for prayer ½ hour before the morning service in the prayer room. We have a time of praise and worship in music and song with a strong Biblical message and often there will be special times of prayer for the needs of individuals, the church, family, our community, and whatever God lays on our hearts. Opportunities to connect, worship, study, and grow are offered in many different ways such as 1H prayer, Connect Home Groups, events for men, women, and couples, as well as youth and children's ministries. To see what is scheduled or coming up, check our events page. During the summer months (July & August), our service begins at 10:00 am until the first Sunday after Labor Day.
We Believe in a Vibrant and Free Worship Environment
We are Pentecostals and commonly referred to as “evangelical’ Christians. We believe in the freedom to worship God wholeheartedly as he stirs by the Holy Spirit in our hearts. Our instruments and songs are both contemporary and traditional. Click on the “Worship” tab at the top to learn more about what you will experience and see as you worship with us. You can come and be as quiet as you want or you can get as engaged as you want in our worship.
Dress for Worship is an Individual Choice
It's important for us that you be comfortable at our church. At any particular service, you will find people in the clothes of their choice, ranging from jeans and shirts to suits or fancy dresses. You will not feel out of place if you dress tastefully to your own liking.
